• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• Customers must provide photo or video proof of the damaged or defective item when requesting a return or refund.
• Returns will not be accepted for minor taste variations, as taste is subjective.

Refund Process:

• Once the issue is verified, refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 7-10 business days.
• If applicable, a replacement product may be sent instead of a refund.
• If replacement is approved, the replaced order will be delivered within 7 business days
